If you get a firmware update error, follow the prompts on the HP Hearing App.
However, if you are still having trouble - please try the steps below;
- Turn your device (mobile or tablet) on and off
- During the firmware update, please ensure your device is located away from other electronic equipment like microwaves, TVs and computers - as these can sometimes interfere with the data transfer
- To ensure you have the latest HP Hearing App release - Delete the HP Hearing App from your device and then reinstall it
- Then initiate the firmware update again, ensuring the Charge Case is plugged in to the recommended Power Source.
