Ear ID is Nuheara's clinically validated hearing screener. Ear ID tests across 6 pitch levels in each ear, 500 Hz (low pitch, like plane rumblings or background noise) to 6k Hz (high pitch, like birds chirping or children/female voices).
Ear ID is designed as a circle, with half the circle representing your left ear and the other half, representing your right ear. As you move from the outside to the inside of the circle, this follows high to low pitches.
The example Ear ID results in the image above show a person with essentially normal hearing in both ears. If your rings are not complete, this depicts a hearing loss.
